1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using www.hargharudyami.com ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Har Ghar Udyami (HGU) reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any stage without prior technical notification.

2. Scope of Services & Facilitation Role

HGU operates as a full-stack digital entrepreneurship enablement ecosystem connecting willing individuals to business kits, vendor mappings, and mentoring support. Users must strictly understand that :

• HGU provides operational facilitation and application support for central/state financial credit schemes like PMEGP and MUDRA loans.
• HGU does not guarantee absolute loan disbursements, grant approvals, or statutory sanctions, as final verification lies entirely with the respective banking channels and government departments.

3. Beneficiary Data & Multi-Step Screening Form

When filling out our Entrepreneur Discovery & Business Recommendation wizard, you certify that all submitted demographic profiles, income slabs, education statuses, and documentation statements (Aadhaar, PAN, GST) are 100% accurate and authentic. Providing fabricated profile histories will result in immediate lead suspension and removal from our CRM routing panels.

4. Marketplace Sourcing & Third-Party Vendors

While HGU maintains a vetted directory of machinery, packaging, and raw material suppliers, any subsequent procurement orders, transactional pricing configurations, distribution tracking, or hardware warranties are strictly executed directly between the verified vendor and the beneficiary. HGU does not assume liability for operational machinery failures or distribution logistics delay defaults post-procurement linkage.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform assets, customized rules-based business kits, local meta-tag architectures, step-by-step training tutorials, and media layout designs are the absolute intellectual property of Har Ghar Udyami. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any statutory legal disputes, compliance overrides, or arbitration requests will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the corporate courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
